These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://www.aiveloxtools.com (the "Site") and all tools, calculators, and content made available on it (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Nature of the Services

The Services consist of free, browser-based calculators, tools, and informational content, along with optional accounts for certain applications. They are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Results are estimates based on the inputs you provide and on standard formulas; they are not a substitute for professional advice.

2. No professional advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, real estate brokerage, medical, or other professional advice, and no professional-client relationship is created by your use of the Site. Before making any financial, real estate, health, or legal decision, consult a qualified professional who can evaluate your specific circumstances. 3. Accuracy of results

We make reasonable efforts to keep formulas correct and content up to date, but we do not warrant that any result, rate, threshold, or piece of information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current. Tax rules, lending guidelines, and market conditions change. You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it.

4. Accounts

Some features — such as saving reports in the Rental Property Calculator, or using Smart Budget — require a free account. You agree to provide accurate registration information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to be responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used abusively. Our handling of account data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security of the Site, or interfere with its operation;
• Access another user's account, or submit ratings or other input in an automated, fraudulent, or abusive manner;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract Site content or data by automated means without our prior written consent;
• Reproduce, republish, or redistribute the Site's tools or content as your own;
• Upload files containing malicious code, or content you do not have the right to upload.

6. Intellectual property

The Site — including its tools, code, design, text, graphics, and the "AI Velox Tools" name and logo — is owned by the Site operator and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of any file or data you submit to a tool (such as a report you save or a statement you upload). You grant us only the limited technical right to process and, where applicable, store it for the purpose of providing the tool's function to you. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide.

8. Third-party services and links

The Site relies on third-party services (such as analytics and authentication providers) and may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your dealings with any linked site are solely between you and it.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE SITE OPERATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR SERVICES — INCLUDING ANY DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN IN RELIANCE ON ANY TOOL RESULT OR CONTENT — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Site operator regarding the Site.
